Box 298 Folder 9 #2809 Levis W. Hine? AICP both Annual Report, Year Ending September 30, 1911, has similar picture (bottom of page) opposite p. 16 of "Whole Family Making Artificial Flowers." On the next page there is a Lewis Hine photo of a young girl sitting by the bedside of a sick man. Caption: SICKNESS - An unexpected Burden that increases the Family Misery. This photo is in the New York Public Library collection of Hine photographs. It is also in IMAGES, Journal of Photography and Motion Pictures of the George Eastman House, I957, No. 51, p. 117. Caption: "Girl and dying father, Nev York Tenement, 1910." At the beginning of the report, under List of Illustrations, is stated: "All pictures in this Report are from photographs specially made from actual scenes representing phases of the Association's work."
