- #327 Unknown Photographer 49 Pitt Street between Delancey and Rivington Streets. P.S. 4 is on the corner of Pitt and Rivington. It is now (1970) a grade school up to sixth grade, but used to be a Junior High. One of the long-time residents of the neighborhood remembers the Russian Turkish Baths at 51 Pitt. That building and the one two doors up the street with the peaked trim on the windows have been torn down. The other side of the block was demolished to make way for a public housing project - Gompers Houses, 50 Pitt Street.
