FAMILY HEALTH SERVICE Presenting Problem: Maternity REPORTING THE PREGNANCY TO THE NURSE Mr. and Mrs. Jackson, having heard about the nursing service from a friend, visited the nurse in her office to tell her that a new baby is on the way. The nurse d iscovers that the Jacksons wish to plan with her forma home delivery. She conducts an admitting interview, during which she learns the Jackson's address, gets sufficient identifying information to clear the case with Social Service Exchange, and makes and appointment to visit the family in their home.
