Crippled Boy Resting Against Fire Alarm

Stamped Brown Bros. At first glance it looks like a fire hydrant the boy is leaning against, but it is an early fire alarm base with the fire alarm box removed. Note the initials NYPD entwined in the medallion to the left of the boy's head.
